To configure ResultsCRM to use Outlook:
1. From the Tools Main Menu,
in the Configuration Module
group, click Options to display the Configuration Options screen.
2. On the E-mail tab, check the “I use Outlook as my e-mail client” option.
3. Click Apply.
Note:
With this option checked, the emails you compose from within Results will
be sent via Outlook and will contain your formatting
preferences and signature blocks that have been
configured in Outlook.
